Duties:
Perform fact-based, data-driven analysis and modeling on significant amounts of data across all supply chain and customer service functions using advanced analytical and statistical and optimization tools; perform optimization modeling using CPLEX or Gurobi; work with external and internal customers and cross-functional teams on various projects to optimize the Supply Chain; develop supply chain processes and systems to optimize customer service levels, inventory investment, capital investment, sales and profitability; design data models and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or other similar data visualization tools; design data structures for relevant Supply Chain data such as related to customers, vendors, operations, revenues, costs and establish relationships using primary and foreign keys and indices; write complex multiple joins, aggregation, dynamic SQL queries, and efficient SQL code to pull large amount of data and transform in appropriate format and structure the data that can be used for further analysis, modeling and reporting; integrate systems like ERP, Routing, Replenishment, Financials, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and automate data capture processes using ETL tools; conduct object-oriented programming using Python or Java; and perform statistical and analytical techniques using R or Python.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Supply Chain Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or working in Supply Chain and related data analytics or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Industrial/Supply Chain Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or working in Supply Chain and related data analytics. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience (including in academic coursework) must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): SQL queries; Object Oriented programming using Python or Java; Tableau or Power BI data visualization; Optimization modeling using CPLEX or Gurobi; Statistical and analytical techniques using R or Python.
