Multi openings at Risk Theory Management, LLC, Dallas, TX: Vice President of Information Technology (Job Code VPIT02):  Mnge overall tactical operations of IT & system dept to ensure users’ needs are met & data is processed according to company reqmts. Direct continuous improvmnt of info systems staff, equipmt, & procedures to maintain pace w/ technological progress, economic change, & bus needs. Identify, analyze, & solve bus challenges to increase revenue, reduce costs, & improve competitive diff for specialty underwriters focusing on niche markets w/in  insurance industry. Advocate for org’s IT vision via reg comms w/ the org’s execs, division, & dept heads, & end users. Analyze, interpret, & make recommendations in the form of formal proposals and/or presentations. Understand & dvlp cost-benefit info for proposals. Up to 25% remote work permitted. Must meet in person weekly w/ bus unit leaders. Solutions Architect (Job Code SA14): Identify, analyze & solve bus challenges to increase revenue, reduce costs, & improve competitive differentiation. Analyze & solve bus problems, through process improvement and/or leveraging tech as appropriate. Mine & analyze data from company databases to drive optimization & improvmnt of product dvlpmt, process improvmnt, & bus strats. Id & implmnt bus metrics & key perf indicators to assist executives in the mngt & improvement of bus. Define, plan, coord, & execute projs to enhance the bus. Minimize proj risks.
