Senior Manager-Demand Planning & Supply Chain w/ Novo Nordisk Inc. in Plainsboro, NJ.

Drive and execute processes for demand planning and inventory management to ensure supply for US market. Represent US in S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process meetings. Participate in inventory management and drive improvement activities and projects. Drive and execute the monthly demand forecasting process. Ensure alignment with sales and forecasting and brand teams. Monitor forecast accuracy and perform analysis. Develop demand scenarios covering S&OE (0 to 12 months) & S&OP Horizon (6 months to 3 years). Drive internal Demand Planning decision meeting. Contribute to monthly S&OP and S&OE process with PS Supply Chain resulting in operational and tactical supply/demand analyses and decisions. Drive monthly Demand Review meeting with S&OP & Launch in HQ. Proactively align supply and demand imbalances and collaborate with PS Supply Chain to identify gap closing actions. Collaborate with PS Supply Chain in defining the right inventory levels (parameter review). Ensure supply allocation in S&OP targets accounts for right sizing of inventory in the tactical horizon (6mths-3 years). Guide and support development of dashboards and analytics. Drive a stakeholder management agenda with key stakeholders in NNI and HQ and PS Sites. Perform supply/demand analysis requested by Supply Chain & Finance management/organization.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related field and minimum two (2) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience must include: Supply/demand planning; Project planning and execution and Engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
