Evalve, an Abbott Labs Co., seeks qualified Sr Analyst QA in Menlo Park, CA. Resp for leading development of & maintaining quality systems & providing quality system support for site &/or division. Bachelor’s or foreign equiv degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering (Eng), Industrial Eng or in rltd eng or sci fld of study w/ min. 2 yrs of pro exp in: (i) utilizing statistical tools, incl Minitab or rltd, & Six Sigma methodologies to analyze qual trends & identify, rec, & implement qual process imprvmnts; (ii) assessing site Good Manufacturing (Mfg) Practice (GMP) &/or Good Lab Practice (GLP) processes & implementation to ensure compliance w/ federal med device mfg req & rltd industry standards, incl ISO 13485, ISO 14971 & FDA 21 CFR 820; (iii) conducting inspection, verification & validation of components or materials used in cGMP processes; (iv) identifying & addressing recurring problems either w/ the qual of product or qual system; & (v) documenting qual issues & perf measures for mgmt review on monthly reporting basis.
