Job Details:

Data Strategist for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain database connections. Determine data strategy in terms of what differential data to present as well as when and where to present that data. Formulate projects to generate reports. Manage report storage, distribution and cleanup. Perform data analysis in order to manage source-to-target data mapping. Perform data audits, reconciliation and exception reporting. Work with customers, gathering business requirements for data migration/reporting needs, interpreting data, analyzing results using Data Analysis techniques. Work with various stakeholders to prioritize business needs and ensure effective data governance, management, and security.
Requires: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Data Strategist or related occupation with experience in Master Data Governance Process and Product development lifecycle or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Data Strategist or related occupation with experience in Master Data Governance Process and Product development lifecycle. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Databases: SQL Server; Languages: SQL and PL/SQL; Software: MS Visio, Excel, and Google Workspace tools; Developer Tools: SQL developer; OLAP Tools: Oracle BI Reports, and Tableau; implementing governance policy and working with Product/Pricing teams; and configuration of Oracle Product Hub or Oracle R12 Product module.
