Job Details:

Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field of study. Three years of experience in an architectural design or project coordinator design position.  Employment experience in building information modeling – REVIT. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, and MS Office including Word, Excel and  Outlook. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max,  Sketchup or Viz 2006. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign graphic software. Basic knowledge of building systems and ability to explain them to junior team members. Basic knowledge of sustainability and National Green Building Standard algorithms.
