Dalegip America, Inc. is seeking to hire a Plant Engineer for full time employment at our manufacturing facility located at 34 Kidder Point Rd, Searsport, Maine 04974. The position oversees the company’s manufacturing operations and coordination of toll manufacturer personnel regarding the handling of raw materials and finished products, quality control, storage, and shipping of finished products. Candidates must possess a BS in chemical engineering or a related field of engineering (foreign degree equivalent accepted) and 2 years of experience in chemical or process engineering or a related job. Candidates must also have the ability to use AutoCad, Excel and other microsoft products for the purpose of material palnning, production  planning, inventory control and tracking of metrics and statistics. No travel required.
