JOB DUTIES:
Research conditions in local, regional, national and online markets. Gather information to determine potential sales of our products and services. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Use search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to targets. Work closely with team on designing and executing programs. Assist with building internal and external tooling to power company’s projects and regularly track and report on key KPIs. Curate and manage company’s budding community of C-Level portfolio leaders (CXOs). Generate discussion around relevant topics, participate in developing tactical workshops and networking events, and make essential connections to help our CXOs solve critical pain points. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Design and implement a comprehensive communications plan to keep key stakeholders informed on new products and services. Optimize business processes and manage marketing projects for key stakeholders. Oversee engagement and communication across various CXO platforms and manage onboarding and offboarding of new community members. Assist with logistics, closely track and report on key KPIs and metrics and be directly involved in strategic tracking of value across the portfolio. Position is based out of our San Francisco, CA office and role holder is permitted to work remotely on a hybrid basis, with manager approval, but must be in the office 3 days a week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent and 3 years of related experience. Previous experience to include:
- End-to-end management of community platforms including strategy creation, member engagement, channel management, and performance analysis
- Analytical capabilities and the capacity to monitor and report on critical performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Managing growth channels, program and product expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Solving complex business and operational matters
- Planning and executing org-wide programs and documenting processes, tracking data, and generating reports for internal use and external stakeholder communication
- Must also have experience with Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack, ChatGPT, Mobilize/Forj, Orbiit, Mailchimp, Yesware, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, UTM tracking/ bitly, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Salesforce, Wordpress, Figma, and Canva

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
SALARY: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
