Job Details:
Braskem America, Inc. seeks an Edge Leader in Philadelphia, PA to lead a digital product team, designers, tech lead, and external provider that develops  the solution on top of an ORO platform; Strategize and execute the implementation and growth of an e-commerce platform; Develop and execute a  comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy; Work closely with cross-functional teams; Provide tactical guidance to team and external provider; Stay up to  date on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies; Manage and lead a diverse team of professionals and navigate complex data analytics to make  informed decisions. Manage EDGE product and team’s budget and contracts. Oversee and direct multiple professionals in the global commercial team,  global service teams, service management, digital center, IT, digital transformation NAM, and Marketing; Maintaining effective relationships with internal and  external customers, and technical peers; Managing customer and stakeholder expectations; Negotiating and setting milestones and expectations; Managing  third party development team and partners; and Managing team’s budget and contracts. 20% - 25% international travel. Requirements to include: Bachelor’s  degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related (foreign equivalent), and 24 months of experience in job offered  or related, including experience with: Working with complex data analytics; E-commerce platforms and technologies, including ORO platform; Executing  comprehensive growth strategies; B2B Ecommerce Operation; Product Management and Product Strategy; Client experience UX – CX; Order to cash  process with focus in Sales and Customer; Creating governance and managing stakeholders in multiple businesses and regions; Contract negotiation;  Budget management; and Third-party resources management.
